Wilmer’s patented Scratch-A-Dose calendar allows for the consumer to take their medication or vitamin, scratch off the day on the calendar and know that it’s been taken. If they forget, later in the day, they have a way to double-check themselves. The sheet can be hung on a wall, a refrigerator with a magnet, or peeled off the sheet and applied on the prescription or vitamin bottle.
Available in small quantities of 100 sheets per package. One sheet has the entire 12 months on it. Good for any item that needs to be taken daily.

Custom runs can be produced, but due to the patent on this form, the middle section in grey must remain as-is. (The only change being the months/days) The top section available for customization is 7” wide x 2.3” high and the bottom section is 7” wide x .815” tall. Customization could include your customers logo, phone #, address, area for patients/consumers name, medication/vitamin being tracked and more.
